Royal Westmoreland is an exclusive golfing estate spread over 500 acres on the island’s west coast comprising of one of the island’s 18 hole championship courses along with a large selection of private deluxe villas. These villas vary in type dependent on their location within the resort, but each one offers luxurious accommodation and full use of the resort facilities. Club Villas are located in Cassia Heights, a short stroll from the Club House. They have 3 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, with two located in the main house and a third in a separate adjacent guest cottage. Each villa has its own unique décor and furnishings and some have been individually named by their owners and may include some additional fittings, but each one offers exceptional quality accommodation, with a discounted price for smaller parties occupying just two bedrooms. All club villa guests receive discounted golf rates and have use of the large communal swimming pool, tennis courts, gym and clubhouse facilities including the Sanctuary Spa. Guests also have beach access at Mullins Beach, with shuttles provided by the resort throughout the day. For a couple or smaller parties club villas can be booked at a reduced cost with a two bedroom occupancy.
