Judged Best Caribbean Property in the 2006 International Property Awards, Villa Giorgia is a beautiful four bedroom villa which combines exotic West Indian architecture with a Mediterranean style. The villa sits in over an acre of grounds on the Cap Estate close to the championship golf course and a choice of three beaches. The villa has a main house and a guest cottage which contains a bedroom with its own bathroom, sitting room and kitchen. In the main house guests enter the dining room from the courtyard through French doors. Alongside the dining room is a large galley kitchen equipped with all modern appliances and a breakfast bar. The living room adjoins the kitchen and has French doors which open to the large covered verandah which extends along the length of the villa and provides plenty of room for outdoor dining. The three main bedrooms also open onto the veranda, two with their own bathrooms, and one sharing a bathroom with a small study which can also act as extra bedroom for a small additional cost, but the main fourth bedroom can be found in the adjacent cottage. Guests can enjoy the two swimming pools that the villa offers, one main pool and a second shallow plunge pool ideal for children.
