Reeds House Number One

Located within the south wing of a luxury condominium development, Reeds House Number One is the largest apartment with four bedrooms divided between three floors, and can also be rented as a one bedroom or three bedroom property. The ground floor entrance leads into the first sitting room and open style kitchen which leads out to the patio terrace with areas for outdoor dining along with a wet bar and jacuzzi spa pool. One of the bedrooms is also located on this floor and has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. This room also leads out to the patio terrace and from here guests can walk out to the garden and onto the beach. The remaining bedrooms are located on the other two floors and are all en-suite. There is also an air-conditioned sitting/entertainment room which opens to a terrace overlooking the garden and beach. On the private roof deck there is a second jacuzzi spa pool and wetbar, which guests occupying just the one bedroom penthouse apartment also have use of, making this apartment the ideal accommodation for a couple of for larger groups.
