Coo Yah combines all the privacy and benefits of villa living with the facilities and security of a renowned resort, and is the perfect holiday spot for golfers and non golfers alike. Situated just steps away from the 13th green of the world class championship Tryall golf course is this four bedroom, four bathroom beautiful deluxe villa. The east wing of the villa houses three of the bedrooms including the master suite with kingsize four poster bed and his and hers en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms each open to a private porch which overlooks the fairway with a sea view. The fourth bedroom is located in the west wing and also opens to a porch with views of the fairway. A central point of the villa is the 66ft private pool and surrounding terrace with plenty of seating. Guests are also looked after by the villa’s excellent cook who prepares a host of tasty meals for you to sample during your stay. These meals can be served in the villa’s dining room or on the spacious veranda where you will be able to enjoy a sumptuous meal whilst enjoying the wonderful views and tropical climate. Guests can also access the resort amenities which are offered on a complimentary basis and include use of the resort’s private beach, non motorised watersports, tennis, kids club, and fitness room, as well as discounted golf green fees and special golf packages.
