This award winning property has been voted most romantic hotel by a wellknown Caribbean journal, and is the perfect hideaway for couples and an idyllic setting for a wedding or honeymoon. Nestled amongst 600 acres which spreads from the beachfront up into the hillside this boutique hotel offers just 49 rooms which complement their natural surroundings and offer spectacular views of the famous Pitons, the twin peak mountains. With their unique design and décor no two rooms are the same, but all offer tropical hardwood or clay floors, wooden jalousie windows and are decorated with traditional island fabrics and original artwork. Three room categories are situated on the hillside - superior rooms are octagonal or rectangular with large balconies with Piton or ocean views. The remaining hillside room categories are both uniquely designed with an entire wall missing offering an open treehouse effect, with some rooms or balconies even built around existing trees. The highest category, the premium hillside rooms, are located at the top of the hillside and are renowned for their perfect views of the pitons and the ocean. There are also rooms which are located at beach level a few steps from the ocean with tropical garden views. All rooms benefit from natural air flow which means air-conditioning is not required. Aside from couples this hotel is also idyllic for persons who wish to enjoy a real eco experience with a wealth of eco based activities and packages offered including mountain biking, walking, scuba diving and the benefits of a quality spa. Rooms are without tvs and radios allowing guests to enjoy complete peace and tranquility. The hotel also offers no single supplement for stays between July and November making it perfect for those travelling alone.
