- Taking care of flight arrangements and looking after your ground arrangements on arrival at your chosen destination - with a local representative on hand to meet you at the airport, and transfers provided to transport you to your accommodation.
- Ensuring your comfort on arrival at your villa by pre-arranging for an initial welcome food pack to be provided for your immediate needs, and a welcome meal to be provided for your first evening in villas where which have the services of a cook.
- Looking after your ancillary needs such as car hire, pre-arranging of tours and access to local events, and assisting with arrangements for organising the celebration of your special occasion.
- Organising tailor-made weddings on the island of your choice from the ceremony to the reception, whether your preference is for a small intimate wedding held in the privacy of your villa’s gardens or a more elaborate affair with a church ceremony followed by a full catered reception party.
- Arranging holiday packages for attendance at many of the island’s musical events, providing tickets and transfers on request.
We are the official UK agents for the Barbados Gospelfest, we are therefore able to offer holiday packages which include flights, accommodation and tickets and passes to the event which takes place every year in May.
